These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artisan HR AI website, tools, and services ("Services"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Artisan HR AI provides fractional HR leadership, HR consulting, and related resources for startups and small-to-medium businesses. Specific engagements — including scope, deliverables, hours, and fees — are defined in the service package you select or in a separate written agreement between you and Artisan HR AI.

Our website also offers free tools such as ROI calculators, downloadable resources, and educational content. These are provided for general informational purposes only.

Our HR consulting services, tools, calculators, and content do not constitute legal advice. While we help clients navigate HR compliance topics, you should consult a licensed attorney for legal questions specific to your business. Calculator outputs and projected savings are estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not guarantees of results.

• Fees for service packages are stated at checkout or in your service agreement.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring packages bill monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel a monthly engagement per the notice terms in your service agreement; fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

Consultations booked through our website are subject to availability. We may reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Repeated no-shows or abusive scheduling behavior may result in loss of booking privileges.

When using our website and tools, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.
• Use automated scripts to spam, scrape, or overload our Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use our content or resources in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.

All content on this website — including text, branding, templates, guides, and tools — is owned by Artisan HR AI or its licensors. Downloadable resources are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed. Deliverables created for you under a service engagement are governed by your service agreement.

We treat non-public business information you share with us during an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. Mutual confidentiality obligations for consulting engagements are detailed in your service agreement.

The website and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisan HR AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or Services if you violate these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
